Three Brothers Bakery will take the utmost care
packaging and handling items needing refrigeration in
insulated shipping packaging. Some breads and cookies
do not require the insulated packaging. Please be
sure that the recipient will be home to receive their
perishable package. In most cases the shipper will
release packages if the recipient is not home, however
there are some instances where release is not possible
(apartment building with no access, unsafe area, etc.). Three Brothers Bakery will not be responsible
for items delivered but not opened, packages released
or packages that spoiled because recipient was not in
and shipper was unable to release. Please make sure
someone will be there to accept the package.
Can I ship to a PO Box?
No, we need to have a street address to
ensure delivery. Because our items are very
perishable, the product needs to be consumed or
refrigerated within 2 days. If your package is not
immediately received and is waiting in a mailroom or
other facility, the product quality will suffer. Three
Brothers Bakery does not take responsibility for packages that your
recipient has failed to pick up in mail rooms or
hospital rooms, so you may want to tell your
recipient to expect a yummy package!
Can I send a gift to Alaska, Hawaii or a foreign
address?
Not at this time.
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged when your order is
placed.
What sort of order confirmation will I receive?
We will send you an order confirmation by e-mail after
you have submitted your order.
Is everything baked and shipped fresh?
Absolutely!

email customerservice@3brothersbakery.com and
someone will contact you.

or card on-line?
Our older gift certificates can only be redeemed in

will be able to use online, as you do a credit card.

Absolutely! We have a whole section devoted to
sugar-free items. If you are lactose intolerant,Three
Brothers Bakery is the place for you! Because we are
Kosher, many of our products have to be dairy free.
Anytime you see a star (*) it denotes dairy free or
what we call pareve. Enjoy!
Do any of your products contain nuts, soy, eggs or milk?
We have written a ”CONTAINS” statement on the products, but we cannot guarantee cross-contamination may not occur without our knowledge, so we rather err on the side of caution and tell you that traces of items you could be allergic to could be in any of our products. We write this information for those who are allergic to certain items. If you are Kosher and concerned about Kashruth, please see our response to the Kashruth certification (nothing to worry about in that department).
What forms of payment do you accept?
For retail store orders, we accept cash, checks (with
proper identification and $10 minimum), Visa,
MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Our online
store accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and
Discover.
Can you make a custom cake, and how do I order one?
You have several options. Online we have a place to
create your own cake (to some extent). To order any
special or custom cakes that go beyond what is online,
please call our main store at 713.666.CAKE (2551). They will take your
order, and let you know the pricing. We do many custom
drawings on cakes, including company logos, cartoon
characters, school, church and sports logos. We offer
scans on edible paper, as well. We have the ability
to create cutouts or sculptures (we did a tennis shoe
to serve 15,000 people once). Wedding and groom’s
cakes are also a pleasure. We would love to help with
your special occasion. If you are requesting a
copyright protected logo or design on your cake, we
will need a release.

To cancel an order, you must contact Three

Please have your order confirmation number ready, if
it was an online order. For fastest service, please
contact your local store. Wedding, groom’s and
custom cake cancellations follow a different
cancellation policy. |
